In Aetheria there are two main ways of obtain Effort Values for you Pokémon, the first is by KO-ing wild Pokémon with the correct EV yield, or by going to battle the EV Trainers at "/warp evs".
It should be noted that EV Trainers can only be used by one person at a time, otherwise it will boot the other person out of Training. So please be patient and respectful when people are using a Trainer you need.
EVs are awarded upon KO-ing a Pokémon. The EVs awarded vary from 1-3 of a certain stat based on the species EV yield, This can be added on by the respective "Power Items".
You can have a maximum of 510 EVs allocated to a Pokémon, and a maximum a single stat can have is 252. This means you have have typically two of the main stats maxed out and one stat increased by a total of 6.
