You must have Cobblemon installed and be using **Fabric 1.21.1**.

You can do this most easily by using your favourite Mod Launcher (For example: [Modrinth](https://modrinth.com/app) or [CurseForge](https://www.curseforge.com/download/app)) Then installing the Cobblemon Fabric modpack:

After you've done all that, go onto the Multiplayer/Servers tab and put in our IP: `play.aetheriacobblemon.com`
