Useful Items to make Leveling Pokémon easier

Exp. share:

One of the easiest way to help level up Pokémon is by crafting an Exp. Share. It's a held item that gives your Pokémon some of the experience earn through battles without having to be on the field.

Lucky Egg:

This item doubles the experience obtained from battle, but they aren't craft able or buyable so they are a bit more rare. They are only obtainable through Chansey & Blissey drops and Crates.

Ways to Obtain Rare Candies

There are two main was of earn Rare Candies, one is by beat the Battle Tower by doing "/warp battletower",

The other is from obtaining them Crates, such as the Hunt Crate. They are typically a common to uncommon reward in most of the crate pools.
